Great experience. First time customer, won’t be the last time. Kenny was out next day to fix our furnace drain. Great guy. Top notch work. Improved the drain design from how it was before so it’s easier to clean now. Also performed a whole system check. Thanks again for everything! Will definitely give you a ring for any HVAC needs.

Bought a house and turned out the 30 yr old systems air conditioner was shot and previously disconnected. It was cheaper and more efficient to replace the entire system. Rouse had the new system up and running in no time. Thanks for the quick turn around.

I had my a/c checked to make sure it was ready for summer. Kenny inspected both the inside and outside equipment. He was very clear on the current status and what my options were, answering all my questions clearly. He was quick to make the requested repairs. Had Rouse heating and air install a new bosch heat pump and ac unit completed today. decided to have it done last Thursday and the complete new system was installed and done midday today Tuesday. Had a fantastic experience with Rouse heating and Air. From the initial call to the final install, everything was smooth and professional. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got our AC unit back up and running quickly. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after the job. Pricing was fair, and they didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need. Highly recommend them if you want honest, reliable HVAC service!

We received a great offer to install a new furnace and heat pump in our home. The whole team including Ken, Kenny & Matt were professional thru the entire process.
