Justin was great to work with. Came on New Years Day to look at furnace and give me a quote. Reasonable and had furnace installed the next day. Would definitely recommend using Rouse.

Justin installed my new furnace in March and my air a few days ago.. Both times he rearranged his schedule to install as the weather was bad on both occasions. I appreciate his work ethic and just being a professional man with a family company. Called Rouse Heating and Air because AC went out summer 2021. I liked that it was a local company not a chain or franchise. Rouse called me within 30 minutes and set up meeting to talk about what my problems were . Kenny the owner reviewed what was wrong and gave me several options to correct the problem .Old Furnance and ac unit were 42 years old. We set up time to replace it with a new energy efficient unit that Rouse recommended they showed up on time and did an excellent job very professional . Removed old units and left area clean. Great communication with owner and follow up. They helped save me money on new unit and my energy costs are down. I don't normally give reviews but Rouse impressed the hell out me .

We got 3 quotes, Rouse Heat and AC was the lowest. Installed both heating and AC in one day. Honest people to work with. They will not try to oversell you. So far very happy with my choice.
