Rouse Heating and Air Conditioning have always been my go to, from routine maintenance to the installation of a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Kenny explains everything that will be done, goes over any findings, has great communication and is an all around nice guy. They have my trust and my business.

I had my a/c checked to make sure it was ready for summer. Kenny inspected both the inside and outside equipment. He was very clear on the current status and what my options were, answering all my questions clearly. He was quick to make the requested repairs. Kenny was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and professional. I will be calling when it's time for my heating inspection. Thank you, Kenny!!

Had Rouse heating and air install a new bosch heat pump and ac unit completed today. decided to have it done last Thursday and the complete new system was installed and done midday today Tuesday. I have to BRAG on this company. First, Ken Rouse talked to me on the phone several times giving me advice and guiding me towards next steps for my furnace. Then, when my actual furnace needed work, Matt came and did the most amazing job. He was kind, courteous, very informative, clean and SUPER thorough. Most HVAC technicians who have been here just want to get in and get out and they do not care how it is working. This company is really the Gold Standard for HVAC repair AND customer service. Highly recommend Rouse Heating and Air. They didn't install my system but came to service it and treated like they had installed it. Told me good and not so good about it. Fixed/adjusted the not so go. Put the right vent pipe on roof. Ready for the winter. Matt was awesome. Explained the system and answered all my questions. I usually have a lot of questions. Woke up to first snow fall of the year and my furnace not working. Kenny was out within an hour of calling, explained exactly what the issue was, quickly found the part and had it repaired before lunchtime.
