Honest guys and great service

Kenny kept in contact with me and was able to get to my house in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

Kenny and his team are fantastic! Our heat went out and the last guy who did our HVAC messed it all up. Kenny came out same day and had us financed and scheduled for first thing next day to have it all replaced! Only took his team about 6.5 hours and they cleaned everything up afterwards! They showed me everything they did and made sure it worked before they left! Best part of all they were kind to my son. Thank you Rouse Heating and air Conditioning for always taking such good care of us!

I have to BRAG on this company. First, Ken Rouse talked to me on the phone several times giving me advice and guiding me towards next steps for my furnace. Then, when my actual furnace needed work, Matt came and did the most amazing job. He was kind, courteous, very informative, clean and SUPER thorough. Most HVAC technicians who have been here just want to get in and get out and they do not care how it is working. This company is really the Gold Standard for HVAC repair AND customer service. This is in an age where great customer service is dead. Rouse is HEADS above the rest. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Rouse Heating and Air. They didn't install my system but came to service it and treated like they had installed it. Told me good and not so good about it. Fixed/adjusted the not so go. Put the right vent pipe on roof. Ready for the winter. Matt was awesome. Explained the system and answered all my questions. I usually have a lot of questions. Thank you.

Woke up to first snow fall of the year and my furnace not working. Kenny was out within an hour of calling, explained exactly what the issue was, quickly found the part and had it repaired before lunchtime.

Diagnosed and fixed our furnace the day after I called!

Kenny came out to do our Heating and Cooling tune up. He was very straight forward and detailed on anything he saw during the tune up. He fit us in the next day after calling for our service and was very reasonable on pricing. Would recommend his services to anyone in need of Heating and Air needs!
